Charlotte Tattoo Factory celebrates fall 2017 with $25.00 tiny tattoos!
Specifications:
1. Must be 18 (not our rule, it's the law)!
2. May NOT be pregnant.
3. Must be a 2D (two-dimensional) design.
4. Must be smaller than 1 square inch (fit inside a quarter).
5. 100's of pre-approved designs to choose from!
6. Each design comes in 2 different sizes (small & tiny).
7. Only 1 ink color (a second ink color is an additional $10).
8. You may select a tattoo design of your own as long as it meets criteria (#3, #4 & #7).
